Terms and Conditions: ‘New Year Prize Draw at The Art Place’

Promoter: The ‘New Year Prize Draw at The Art Place’ (hereafter referred to as “the Prize Draw”) is promoted by The Art Place, a trading name of Ideas Hub, located at Meadows Shopping Centre, Chelmsford, United Kingdom.

Eligibility: This Prize Draw is open to shoppers who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, traders and volunteers and their immediate families of The Art Place are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Prize Draw will commence on the 10th of November and conclude on the 31st of December at 4 p.m . Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter the Prize Draw, participants must:

– Visit The Art Place located at Meadows Shopping Centre, Chelmsford, UK during the
Entry Period.

– Present the official ‘New Year Prize Draw’ flyer (hereinafter referred to as “the Flyer”) to a staff member or authorized representative at The Art Place.

– Complete and submit a valid entry form, providing their full name, contact details (phone number and email address), and any other requested information.

*Only one entry per household is allowed during the Entry Period.

*The price is only effective if a minimum of 50 entries are received.

Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected at the end of the Entry Period and will receive a £100 voucher to spend at The Art Place. No cash back, and this prize is not transferable to other people.

Winner Selection: The Prize Draw winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by an online platform, ensuring fairness and impartiality. The draw will take place on 2nd of January, and the winner will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. The prize can be collected in person at The Art Place, and a valid ID will be required to confirm the winner’s identity. If the prize is not claimed within this period, another winner will be selected.

You need to bring proof of ID every time you buy with the voucher.

The total amount of the prize needs to be spent by the 31st of March, 2024.

Use of Personal Information: By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to The Art Place collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with The Art Place’s privacy policy.

Publicity: The winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name and photograph featured in The Art Place’s marketing materials and social media channels.

General Conditions: The Art Place reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Prize Draw at its discretion and without notice, including in the event of circumstances beyond its control. The Art Place’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding.

Liability: The Art Place shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the Prize Draw or the use of the prize.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

By participating in the ‘New Year Prize Draw at The Art Place’, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by The Art Place. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change, and any updates will be published on The Art Place’s website.
